How do I book a MiniCab?


Booking a Knights Airport or Rail Transfer couldn't be easier.

Complete our online Booking Form and enter your journey details, or send us an email or a Whatsapp message.

One of our friendly Operators will confirm your Booking, either by email or SMS.


Fixed price policy


The quoted price is the price you pay, with the exception of excess waiting times, road tolls, car park charges'Pick-Up and Drop Off Charges, etc.

We are pet-friendly and also provide baby seats, car seats, and booster seats at no extra charge.


Airport Waiting Times


We offer free flight monitoring at all times and the allocated Driver will usually enter the Arrivals Hall 30-45 minutes after your flight has landed to minimise the Car Parking Charge. The quoted price allows for up to 30 minutes of free waiting time after your flight has landed. Each period of 15 minutes thereafter will be charged at £9. The Car Park Charge is to be paid to the Driver on the day. 


How to Pay?


Cash or Credit & Debit Card Payments may be made directly to the driver.

Company Cars accept all major Credit and Debit Cards, including American Express payments, in-car.

There are no additional charges or processing fees for card payments.


May I Book a MiniCab or Transfer in advance?


Yes, you may book a MiniCab or Transfer up to 6 months in advance. All bookings are confirmed by telephone and/or email.

Please note a minimum of 4 hours' notice needs to be given for online bookings. Shorter times may be available at certain periods of the day, please contact our Office.


How are receipts issued?


A booking confirmation for your Booking is sent directly to your e-mail address or Mobile Telephone.

A receipt for your completed journey is sent directly to your e-mail address when requested. We unfortunately do not issue receipts In-Car.


Airport Pick ups and Drop-offs


Please remember to mention the number of passengers and the number of pieces of luggage so that we may dispatch the appropriate vehicle.

Airport pick-ups usually have a Car Park Charge to be paid by the Customer.


I cannot find my Driver?


There may be rare instances where your MiniCab may run late due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.

Please contact our Office or wait at the Designated Meeting Point.

What happens when my Flight is Cancelled, Delayed, or I miss my Flight?


We offer a free Flight Monitoring Service and we track your flight in real-time to the time that it lands.

Cancelled -  Please telephone or e-mail our Office as soon as possible. We will reserve your Booking for 24 hours at no extra charge.

Delayed - We track your flight in real-time to the time that it lands. and will adjust the Driver's dispatch and arrival time.

Missed Flight - Please telephone or e-mail our Office as soon as possible. We will reserve your Booking for 24 hours at no extra charge.

How do I cancel my booking?


Please inform our Office as soon as possible.
